As part of the sport fixture process, the PE department are going to trial using a feature on our "Evolve" system, whereby we can contact parents directly with relevant fixture information, such as date, location, pick up time etc.
The email received will not show from a teacher's account but should be shown as coming from Evolve (please consider this might go to your junk folder on the first time of sending). One feature we can't edit is that the email will automatically go to all email addresses we have for each student's parents. We hope that this change will make fixture selection much clearer and give parents key information direct from a teacher.
Please only feel the need to reply to these emails if your child cannot play, so we have a chance to find replacements.
