You may know that we were recently named in the Sunday Times as Oxfordshire’s Happiest Secondary School. The Oxford Mail ran a story this week about our inclusion in the Great British School’s Guide as a result of us being in the top 10 schools nationally for safety. We were also ranked 2nd in the South East of England and number one in Oxfordshire. No other schools in Oxfordshire were ranked in the top 10 in the South East. This is another fantastic accolade and something of which we are rightly proud.
Whilst everyone contributes to ICC being a really safe place to be, we would like to extend a particular thank you to Vicky Pickford, our Deputy Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead, and our brilliant safeguarding team for all of the work they do.
Thank you, therefore, to our Deputy Safeguarding Leads, Claire Stacey and Becky Rogers, and our Pastoral Support Mentors, Sam Rooks and Jayne McDonald.
