Communication via email/MCAS (My Child At School)

From Monday 28 April, we will be making a small change to the way in which we send out communications to parents. Currently, most communication sent to parents goes directly to their MCAS account for those who are signed up to it, or to their personal email address for those who are not signed up. In some instances, parents who aren’t actively using their MCAS account find that they are missing communications we have sent out. In order to avoid this, we will be sending all relevant communications to both your MCAS account, and also to your personal email address.

It is important to point out, however, that those without an MCAS account may receive communications twice. To prevent this from happening, please do sign up to MCAS.
